Storm Training

Group activity in which different levels of practitioners can be mixed. This gives us the possibility of training with a diversity of people, which increases the motivation of the practitioners for the improvement and awareness of the physical state in which they are.

The method is based on circuits of dynamic, fun and sometimes competitive exercises that will make attendees as they relate to each other, test themselves.

The duration of the activity is 60 minutes in general, but sessions of up to a minimum of 30 minutes in length can be organized.
