From globalfitstyle we propose dance workshops as a successful way to increase physical capacity, coordination and increase self confidence.

Dances like bachata, salsa, etc … are a wise way to learn a dance, socialize in and out of the company and play sports.

The purpose of this activity is 50% to increase physical capacities and 50% to increase workers’ safety while favoring the interrelationships between them.
